El Comité Sindical Internacional de Trabajadores Negros (ITUCNW) fue una iniciativa de la Internacional Sindical Roja (RILU, también conocida como Profintern) para organizar a la clase obrera negra en el Atlántico africano durante el período de entreguerras. Creada en 1928 como Comité Sindical Internacional de la RILU, pertenecía a un grupo de nuevos comités y organizaciones formados durante el llamado Tercer Período, cuando la Tercera Internacional (Comunista) o la Comintern inauguró su nueva política de "clase contra clase".

The International Trade Union Committee of Negro Workers (ITUCNW) was an initiative of the Red International of Labor Unions (RILU, also known as Profintern) to organise the black working class in the African Atlantic during the inter-war period. Created in 1928 as the International Trade Union Committee of the RILU, it belonged to a group of new committees and organisations formed during the so-called Third Period, when the Third International (Communist) or the Comintern inaugurated its new "class against class" policy.
